Our Team
MaryBeth Hyland
MaryBeth Hyland is a keynote speaker, coach, and bestselling author who went from corporate to cowgirl. She rewilded herself from a burned-out Baltimore City work addict into a lit-up Idaho mountain wellness advocate helping others reclaim their power and redefine success.
After years of panic attacks, hustle culture, and tying her worth to productivity, she achieved great societal success, but felt empty inside. So she walked away from the traditional grind to build her retirement dream 25 years early. She’s now living in a tiny home immersed in nature with her husband and rescued horses while facilitating transformational experiences around the world.
Today, MaryBeth helps people realize they don’t have to sacrifice their well-being to create a meaningful, successful life. Through coaching, speaking, guided meditations, and equine-facilitated experiences, she helps people reconnect to their values, boundaries, and humanity so they can take aligned action toward the life they truly want.
Her thought leadership has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and The New York Times, while her interviews on reducing stress and burnout have appeared on ABC, CBS, and NBC. Her recent awards include, “Circle of Excellence”, “Innovator of the Year”, “Top 100 Women”, “Civic Engagement Leader” and “Leading Women”.
Whether she’s speaking on stage, coaching high achievers, or wrangling cattle on horseback, MaryBeth’s mission remains the same: help people to stop performing for the world and start giving themselves permission to be human.
James Hyland
James Hyland is an energy practitioner, mindfulness coach, and creator of The Pattern Release Process who went from finance to frontiersman. He reprogrammed himself from a top-1 % financial services executive to an Idaho mountain energy practitioner, helping high-achievers reclaim what striving had cost them.
After years of competing and tying his worth to results, he achieved every conventional marker of success — and felt the cost in his body. So he walked away from the traditional grind to build a quieter life on a ranch in the Bitterroot Mountains of Idaho with his wife, MaryBeth, the love of his life, and his horses.
Today, James helps high-performers realize they don’t have to grind themselves down to live a meaningful life. Through one-on-one energy work, joint Coaching + Clearing sessions with MaryBeth, and The Pattern Release Process, he helps people clear trapped emotions, inherited fears, and limiting patterns that run beneath their success.
Before this work, James earned a Division 1 athletic scholarship, built a top 1% career in financial services, led a sales team to over $10 billion in sales, and developed a sales process that won numerous industry awards. Today, he is a Certified Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code® Practitioner, a CHEK Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach (Level 2), Mental Fitness Coach and a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.
Whether he’s clearing trapped emotion over a Zoom call, running a live Tai Chi session with his horses, or sitting on the porch with MaryBeth at the end of the day, James’s mission stays the same: help high-performers stop pushing through what’s underneath — and start letting it go.
