Discover Your Authentic Self: Join Annie & Cory for the Life Lens Workshop on Jan 18th

Why are you co-hosting this event?

Annie: I attended this program for the first time a little over a year ago and I am completely serious when I say that I’ve thought about that work every day since in one way or another.  I truly believe in the work that this event does and believe anyone with an open mind can gain valuable insight into themselves and their direction in life.

Cory: I want to co-host because I believe Life Lens is a perfect catalyst for self-awareness, gaining an understanding of your values and personal story. When I was at a transition point in my life, I was feeling stuck and wanted to have a greater sense of clarity on my next steps. I attended Life Lens and was struck by the stories of others and what I shared about myself. I left the workshop feeling empowered and had a greater sense of clarity after attending.

What are you most looking forward to experiencing at the workshop?

Annie: I am excited to see how the program has evolved over the past year and gain even more clarity in my journey of self-discovery.  I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing and experiencing the connections made between the attendees last time and am excited to watch the same this time around.

Cory: I’m looking forward to hearing the various stories and seeing participants identify those values that have shaped who they are today. Also, I believe stories can be a bridge to connect with people who we might think are different from us, and I’m looking forward to listening, sharing, and building community.

Why are you encouraging others to join you?

Annie: The best #treatyoself you can do to start your year!  Spend the day reflecting on your past, focusing on who you are and how you were shaped, and discover a new lens of view to move forward into 2020.

Cory: I want people to join me at Life Lens because all of us, at some point, need to fill our buckets, and one of the best ways to so is through a community. Also, I want people to gain a better understanding of who they are and how their values can help guide and shape their future.

Who do you hope attends?

Annie: Literally, everyone?  More specifically those folks experiencing some sort of change in their lives in whatever form it is presenting itself.

Cory: I hope people attend who want to kickstart the New Year, as I believe personal development and understanding your values are stepping stones to a successful year. Also, I hope the person who is looking to step out their comfort attends as well.
