35 Timeless Pieces of Wisdom for Living an Abundant and Fulfilling Life

Leading up to my 35th Birthday, I activated my value of  “reflection” to go into the depths of gratitude I have for the abundant, aligned and beautiful life I have the privilege of designing each day. These 35 pieces of wisdom have been cultivated over the last 35 years on this earth and serve me over and over again.

1. Love yourself, exactly where and as you are.

2. Choose a partner who makes life better.

3. Make your home a place of respite.

4. Cherish your loved ones with your time and presence.

5. Find the wisdom from every wound.

6. Share your authentic gifts with the world.

7. Manage your energy, not your time.

8. Listen to your body and respond to it with love.

9. Know that the best of something often comes from doing nothing.

10. Discover your authentic self and be that way on purpose.

11. Eat food to nourish and delight your body and soul.

12. Work towards your dreams, not someone else’s.

13. Live in alignment with your values.

14. Trust in the universe and attract what you are.

15. Retreat + rejuvenate in the beauty and wisdom of nature.

16. Speak + write from your soul to touch others.

17. Move with grace.

18. Step all the way into your light and don’t dim it to make others comfortable.

19. Take care of the child that lives inside you.

20. Celebrate the little and the big wins with intention.

21. Refine your lens by knowing other perspectives.

22. Push on your evolutionary edge to continue to be your best self.

23. Surround yourself with people who love you so much they only speak the truth, even when it hurts.

24. Never be the smartest or most evolved person in the room.

25. Lift yourself by lifting others.

26. Soak in the medicine of music.

27. Know how divine you are and raise the vibration around you.

28. Be present by listening more than you speak.

29. Tell people what they mean to you.

30. Sleep as much as you need, without apology.

31. Lean into curiosity to cure your frustration.

32. Ask deep questions to have deep connections.

33. Look for love everywhere you go and find it.

34. Reflect and give gratitude for each day.

35. Do the things that make you come alive first.

What wisdom have you gained in your lifetime?
