Did You Really Celebrate Freedom?

Did You Really Celebrate Freedom?

Are You Really Free? Reflections Beyond the Fireworks ?

Yesterday in the United States of America, fireworks lit up the sky to celebrate Freedom — a value we hold dear and talk about often. But today, on the 5th of July, I want to invite you to pause and ask:

? Am I truly free?

It’s an uncomfortable question for many of us, especially if you feel chained to your calendar, expectations, and a never-ending to-do list.

The truth is, in the constant hustle—climbing ladders, collecting achievements, answering emails at all hours — it’s easy to lose touch with what Freedom actually means. We get caught up in the grind, chasing external success while ignoring the quiet pull of our deepest desires.

? The irony? We celebrate Freedom every year, but rarely feel free in our day-to-day lives.

Let’s Redefine Freedom Together ?

What if Freedom was a daily choice?

? Freedom might mean:

  • Saying “no” without guilt
  • Protecting your energy
  • Following your passions — even if they don’t make sense to others
  • Building a life that lights you up rather than drains you
  • Living your values instead of professing them

Maybe real success when it comes to Freedom isn’t the fancy car or the next promotion that come from monetary gain. Maybe real success and true Freedom is having the time and space to live life on your own terms, in your own values — to wake up in the morning and choose what matters most.

My Own Wake-Up Call ?

I remember the moment I realized how trapped I was – the opposite of Freedom. I was working 16-hour days, hustling for worthiness, and missing the entire point of my own life. Riddled with insomnia, I had panic attacks regularly. And my priorities were so ass backwards that I unconsciously chose to get ahead of deadlines instead of attending my cherished uncle’s funeral.

It was like every single one of my heart’s desires to be free was chained down by desperately wanting approval and validation that I was good enough. I wasn’t free because my mind, body and spirit were trapped in a cycle of suffering.

That was the moment I knew I needed to reclaim my freedom on my own terms.

The Practice of Everyday Freedom ?

Freedom is a practice. It’s not a one-time event, or a long weekend in July. It’s a series of daily, intentional choices:

✅ Saying yes to your values
✅ Saying no to what drains you
✅ Pausing to remember what lights you up and then doing it!

And after decades of working with high achievers who know they need to change their ways, but the thought of adding one more thing to their plate is overwhelming… I created The DailySpark.✨

Because I know how hard it is to feel Freedom and stay grounded in your values when life is demanding.

The DailySpark is your soul snack —a micro-dose of well-being you can consume over your morning coffee, on your commute or laying in bed. Doable—even on your busiest days.

In just 2-3 minutes a day with expert coaching, you’ll go from frazzled to free —one step at a time, without judgment of pace.

Plus, on the 1st of each month, you get a supercharged LIVESTREAM from our ranch with our beautiful horses to get clear on what would make you feel the most free and aligned in the month ahead.

Ready to reclaim your sense of Freedom 365 days a year?

Join us for just $10/month. ?
